Feeling Guilty about Having Thoughts Regarding Transgender Experiences

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to suppress any form of data or construct within myself that is psychological (such as thoughts) and / or that is physical (such as any biological process) not realizing that the very act of suppression is not taking self-responsibility for what is within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel guilty for having such thoughts about being transgender instead of realizing that the very acceptance of feeling guilty for having such thoughts about being transgender can create, perpetuate, and intensify the experience of feeling guilty for having thoughts about being transgender which can coalesce with other related and unrelated experiences that becomes the structure of the experience of depression in relation to having thoughts regarding transgender experiences.

I commit myself to assess all of my feelings that I have in relation to transgenderism and transsexuality, such as guilt, and instead of participating in the guilt, determine the source of the guilt so that I can gain awareness in relation to how I will direct the guilt.
